Hey all, I just wanted to share this…
I saw a member named Anne in an online group post something that I wanted to share with you today;
“Hello everyone. My name is Anne.
Last year I lost 66 lbs.
And I did it without having to take crazy supplements or do ridiculous exercises that were impossible to do.
I found that just following a program designed just for women and eating what I was told actually works!
I tried Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig before…
But didn’t have much luck (but did spend a fortune in the process).
At the end of last year…
People – only other women, and mostly women who were not slim – started with comments like “don’t lose any more weight”…and “skinny mini” and “you’re wasting away.”
I was at the upper range of my healthy weight range BMI – hardly wasting away.
And no I did not look good in a swimsuit.
So “don’t lose any more weight” just really messed with my head.
I was on my way, feeling great, and I feel that when other women start carrying on like this, it undermines me psychologically.”
When you have a bucket full of crabs and one of them starts to climb out, the others all latch on to it and pull her back in.
For me though…
I like to look for the positives.
And generally give the benefit of the doubt.
I say that maybe they are giving ‘advice’ from a position of love and caring.
Anyone who has ever dealt with being overweight has heard ‘it’s not safe to lose weight too fast- it is unhealthy’ message over and over.
So much actually that is just a widely accepted ‘fact.’
And these ladies have good reason to be concerned.
The poor woman has lost like 60+ pounds?
If you lose THAT much weight, ALL of your friends and family will be noticing- it would be nearly impossible to miss that!
If you too would like to shed that kind of weight then check out the program Anne used to lose over 60+ pounds…
To your success,
