Do More (or some) Strength Training
You won’t turn into the Incredible Hulk by lifting weights.
That’s like thinking you’ll turn into a professional NASCAR driver by driving your car a lot.
(Not gonna happen.)
When you exercise you burn more calories.
And if you’re trying to lose weight this is exactly what you want. Adding a little muscle to your body also helps burn more fat. So it’s a win/win.
Eat More Protein
Now you don’t need to sip on protein shakes all day like an Olympic Powerlifter…
But you do need a little extra protein in your diet.
This makes it harder for your body to breakdown, digest and store.
Protein also helps you add just a tiny bit of muscle to your body if you’re going to start working out.
Try A Diet Detox
With all of the crap you body has been digesting lately it needs a detox.
But not all detoxes are the same.
